“Watch out if you join the beer of the month club.”

Joined the Beer of the Month Club. Never received a shipment for the first month even though I was billed. Fedex says that the shipping numbers Midwest supplied are invalid. For the second month they billed me once again, this time they didn't provide a shipping number for FEDEX but rather just took the money. (read more)

Very helpful customer support. I used to buy some stuff from austin store earlier. Came to know that they are charging more for the shipping than others. Midwest charged me whats actually fedex charges. My kit was wrong. I called up them and got it replaced the next day no questions asked. Love u guys (read more)

Got a great customer support. Free DVD was great surprise. Would recommend to friend..I had hosted a party last month. Brewed all beer by myself & saved like 3k. They have great selection. Products are different price range so that everybody can afford it. I liked the way website is categorized. I have ordered some times from northern brewer too. But what i saw midwest was far better in selection. One thing I did not like is free catalog makes you wanna order with everything :) So I did :) :) (read more)
