Ordered 10 beers from the sites impressive range of bottled beers. Felt the price was reasonable - especially the flat rate delivery price whether ordering 1 bottle or 100.

Recieved an email a few days after ordering to say that my delivery address had been confused. Contacted the customers service team the following day to confirm the correct address, and was told they would provide Parcel Force with the right address - and to expect my delivery tomorrow. After three days passed, I contacted Eebria customer services again to enquire about the whereabouts of my delivery, and was told that there had been another mix up between themselves and Parcel Force. The delivery finally arrived the following day. Can't say how much of this was down to Eebria, and how much to the delivery company, but overall, not a great experience.
