I have purchased lots from this website over the last 2 years however, I have to say, something has changed. In March I placed an order for pitted dates. When I chased delivery I was told they were out of stock. They emailed to say they had no alternative they could offer and would cancel my order and refund my money - (£17.97). I got my May credit card statement to find that no refund had been made.
I called the number on the website at 9am to be left waiting on an expensive 0844 number. Knowing this was costing me money I eventually hung up and emailed. Surprise, surprise I have not had a response.

What's going on - this used to be so good. I'll resend the email today and if I don't get a response I will be contacting my credit card company.

I have now received a refund.
