My order, which was very easy to complete through the website, was placed during the early evening and therefore missed the cut-off time for next day delivery. The order was processed during the next business day and I was notified of my next day delivery time window that same day.
On delivery day I was able to track the delivery driver and understood exactly where he was, where I was placed in his delivery sequence and even given the anticipated delivery time (not just the window). Brilliant service with the delivery coming dead on the forecasted time.
The champagne was incredibly well packaged for its journey so I'm a very happy customer.
Most amazing was the tracking of the delivery vehicle and the accuracy of the delivery time.
Brilliant service all round!
