This same problem happened to me. I offered and paid for a cake weeks in advance and paid an extra 15 pounds for a Sunday delivery (it's a birthday cake!) and it arrived the next day. I was given some lousy excuses that the delivery company was supposed to deliver on time. Did not refund my delivery charge. Offered a free cake. What is the point ?
