I made 2 online orders (13/06 &14/06) for collection at the Bexleyheath store (collection 22/0/16 between 12.30 and 2pm.)
Received a phone call, I guess that is positive, at 8am on 22/06 to say that everything in my orders would have to be substituted...
In my opinion it's a bit hard to substitute 25 brown coconuts that are needed for a coconut shy on Saturday 25/06.
Called customer service and told that this is just the way they work!!!
Will never shop at ASDA again.
