Absolutely disgraceful company!!

Where do I start with this company? Did a big food shop on the 21st of December, due to be delivered on the 23rd ( lots of Christmas food for the whole family ) time slot was between 7-8. 9 o'clock arrived, still no food, ring customer services to see what's going on- South African call centre, why?? Driver is delayed will be an hour, maybe 2. Ok, no problem. 22:45, still no food. Ring call centre to be told that they've finished deliveries for the night?? What about my food? You'll have to cancel or book another delivery at your own expense. Why should I have to pay for another delivery when they didn't show up? No phone call, nothing. So, tried to arrange delivery for the 24h as really needed the Christmas shop only to be told I couldn't have a delivery on the 24th as they were all full, the best they could do was the 28th!!! What about my food. Had to cancel the whole order and wait 5 days for a refund. I was unable to buy any more groceries from anywhere else as I had spent my entire food budget on the Christmas shop- £200!! This company is an absolute disgrace. I would not recommend them to any one. They claim to be cheaper but if you really look and do your homework they're not- sainsburys and tesco are just as cheap. I've even found them to be cheaper most of the time too! If I could give them less than 1 star I would! Please everyone, save your time and money and go elsewhere!!!
