If there is an issue when you place an order for whatever reason, they just cancel your order, no email nothing and you are left sat there waiting for your shopping, its constant substituted goods and the customer services team are shocking, i am looking at the reviews on here and they have nearly a thousand 1 star reviews compared to less than 40 5 star reviews, i mean come on asda get it sorted, no wonder customers are going to the discounters.
