Asda delivery didn't turn up at all 3 weeks ago. Was on the phone to customer services a number of times from 5-9pm in the end I rang my local store who apologised and ensured me that I would get my shopping the next morning. I got my shopping but when I went to the cashpoint a couple of days later, they had taken the payment out twice! After numerous calls to customer services and having to contact my bank for an authorisation code etc I was given a £20 evoucher.
It then happened again this weekend, went to the cashpoint and they had taken the payment out twice! Been on the phone to customer services to the home shopping manager etc
I am overdrawn now and we can't take any money out until the funds have been released
Thanks a bunch asda! You've lost another loyal customer!
