TOTALLY AWFUL. NOT SHOPPING WITH ASDA EVER AGAIN

Decided to try ASDA again. I put through a big shop and picked an afternoon slot. Then the nightmare started. The delivery was 30 minutes late and I usually allow problems such as vans breaking down and the traffic. I phoned customer service and was laughed at and was cut off. I phoned again and asked where my shopping was. I was then told that my order had been cancelled !
The most annoying part of all this was I wasn't told. Spent hours trying to sort this mess out. Well I never had my shopping and they still don't know what happened. Customer Service is appalling you feel like shouting at them as you cant get anyone to help.

The last time I used Asda I had to order a refund. My TV guide was weeks out of date. The food isn't fresh and the substitutes are very strange. I ordered some flowers and received oranges. My cat food was swapped for dog food that was returned by the driver. The staff who work on home shopping don't look at labels and I don't like tins of food packed on top of eggs and they use so many plastic bags. One item in one bag.

I will never use them again ! I do wonder if the staff are trained.
