I am currently off sick, so it serves my purpose to order my shopping online. Apart from the odd item being out of stock, and the day that the delivery driver accidentally drove drove off with my Christmas booze, (I got a refund) I have had mainly posititve experiences with ASDA. My only real complaint is to do with substitutions, I always order Yeo Valley Organic milk, but this is often out of stock, but instead of givng me Asda organic instead, or indeed just plain milk, they invariably send me Cravendale (filtered milk) as it is more expensive. It's the exact opposite of what I want and unfortunately there is no way on the website of letting the Asda shoppers know. So it comes out to me, and I send it back. It's almost a ritual now.

Update. I spoke too soon Today my order was delivered an hour early and I was overcharged by £11.40. They charged £2.85 each for the red peppers I ordered (I had ordered 5 at 57p each). When I told the delivery driver he shrugged his shoulders and said I needed to phone Customer Services as it wasn't his problem. He was also annoyed that I sent some subs back as they bore no relation to what I'd ordered. The Call Centre was very good and were helpful, but I would mark down my review if I could based on that rude delivery driver.
