I ordered a Sunday morning delivery from Asda. The two hour delivery window expired without the order arriving. I looked at my Asda account, and discovered that the order had been cancelled, but I hadn't been notified.
I called Asda, and was told that my credit card company hadn't responded quickly enough (I have credit available to me) so they cancelled the order. I was not notified, despite Asda having my email address and landline telephone.
