Ordered Greek yogurts at £1.50 each. They were on offer at 2 for £4. Cheaper without the offer. When they came the next day I had been charged £2.48 each. Contacted customer services who said the price you pay is the price when the items are delivered. This is fair if they state when an offer is valid until.They were aware of this problem and were working on a solution. Looking on line complaints about this issue go back over 2 years.The increase price is not highlighted on the bill. Why advertise offers online and then change the prices with no warning surely this is not fair. I will be voting with my feet. I would like to have known the price my shopping was going to be on the day it was delivered. Does the same thing happen in store between you putting items in your basket and paying at the till?
