“Consistently poor service”

We have been shopping with Asda for the past year and can only describe the experience as terrible. Frequently items are unavailable or substitutes inappropriate. On the odd occasion the driver will arrive late or not at all without notification. Every order we need to notify customer service to refund something. Unacceptable for a large company retailer.
