I placed an online order and selected a delivery time.
The delivery time came and went, so I called the customer service line. They had been informed that the delivery was delayed - but no one had called me to let me know. I asked for a refund of the delivery cost which was granted.
When the delivery arrived the driver could not bring any of the items into the house as there had been a product leak in the van and his shoes were dirty. He also said that he didn't have a phone and was unable to call me.
When I checked my items there had been some very odd substitutions i.e instead of cinnamon, I received all spice. These are completely different items and not a suitable substitution. I also ordered multiples of certain items and not all were delivered.
I called customer services again. The woman was very snappy with me and could not see why I was upset with random substitutions and a delivery order which was late that no one was proactive enough to call me and warn me about. I made her give me a refund of the unsuitable items.
I shall not be using this service again, rude and incompetent staff, poor communication skills and there are no good on line offers.
