I placed an order for delivery choosing the window of 9-11am on Thursday 31/05/2012. Got a call from my husbad and 11.45am to say it hadnt arrived so called to find out where it was. The response was appalling 'oh its out for delivery at 12', ok thats not 9-11 and did noone think to tell me? So I let it go, by 1.50pm when it still hadnt arrived I called again got the same response so cancelled it was told the money would go straight back on my card it is now 7/06/2012 and the money for an order I havent had STILL hasnt been returned. I call to speak to them and get lied to 'oh Natwest dont respond to our faxes' I ask them to refax and get asked for a fax number. No calls back rude customer service staff and deliveries that dont happen seriously avoid!
