I ordered my groceries for delivery between 2.00pm-4.00pm .... 4pm came and went (no groceries!) so I rang the helpdesk and asked where my order was, they then said it was their error and they had put my order down for between 3pm-5pm .... 5pm came and went, still no groceries!! So then they said my delivery time was down for between 4pm-6pm as head office had made an error .... it is now past 6pm and guess what? Still no groceries!

Stick to Tesco ..... friendly delivery guys and a MUCH more reliable service (plus their delivery costs tend to be cheaper too) However, if you ARE going to shop at Asda, make sure you demand your delivery costs back if they are late as you are paying for a reliable service, not an absolutely rubbish service!
