MY SHOPPING ON SCREEN WAS A DIFFERENT PRICE THAN WHAT WAS DELIVERED BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE 2 ITEMS, FAIR ENOUGH I THOUGHT. WHAT I DIDN'T REALIZE IS IT COMMON PRACTICE TO TAKE THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT OUT OF YOUR BANK AND PUT IT IN A HOLDING ACCOUNT THEN IF THE FINAL AMOUNT IS DIFFERENT THEY THEN GO AND TAKE THIS AMOUNT OUT AS WELL. THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT TAKES 10 DAYS TO GET BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT. THIS HAPPENED TO ME THIS WEEK AND WHEN CHECKING BACK HAS HAPPENED EVERY WEEK I HAVE HAD GOODS THAT WERE NOT AVALIABLE. I PHONED THE BANK AND ASDA AND THEY BOTH BLAME ONE ANOTHER.DON'T THINK I WILL BE USING ASDA AGAIN, SHOPPING IS DEAR ENOUGH WITHOUT PAYING FOR IT TWICE.
