I have been getting my weekly groceries delivered for 2 years and can't fault Asda. They always arrive on time and the drivers have even waited for me when I have been late home. On two occasions I have been missing an item, but have called their free phone number and been refunded without question. The delivery charges are also cheaper than the fuel I would use to get to the shop.
I work full time and can't imagine going back to trailing round a busy store and queuing up for ages to get my shopping. To me, it's worth every penny.
