I ordered an £80 bottle of wine for a friends 50th birthday present. The first bottle failed to turn up and I was eventually told it had been damaged in transit. The second bottle has also failed to turn up and now I am unable to get any reponse at all from 'Peter'.

There is not point calling the customer services number as it is never answered.

Overall - appalling customer service and extreamly frustrating.
