I placed an order for 1x 1963 Saint Emilion, Chateau bottle of wine on December 9th. I emailed AFineYear to check on the status of my order. I received a message from DHL on 12/18/2013. I filled out information for customs, my customs' representative was now on vacation. There was an error on the documentation, however I did get it corrected on 12/24/13. I have an email from DHL confirming the have the documentation for customs. DHL sent my order back on 12/24/13. AFineYear does not respond to my emails and it is impossible to get through via phone. I have left several voicemails, because all their sales team is helping other customers. Bottom line is I am out $154.00. So much for a 50th Birthday present! DHL is also a fault!
