Felt ripped off when was told that each work station was to be shared by 2 people meaning that nobody got to cook an entire meal from scratch on their own, which is what I was expecting. Massively over suscribed.
The chef however was brilliant, very engaging and finny and clearly very skilled. There was a good atmosphere and I had fun, but there should have been half as many people in one class.
