Tree2mydoor has been shocking. Ordered and paid for next day delivery for a tree to arrive in time for Father's Day. They failed to deliver so at 4pm on the Friday I tried to call - no luck, they close at 4pm, so I tired their online tracking info - again, no luck as there was zero tracking information, so I left an answerphone message on the Friday about non-delivery. On Father's Day itself I left a left a message on their ticket system requesting a phonecall back about it 0930 Monday morning.
That time went whooshing past before I eventually got an email 2 hours after that saying "no idea where it is". After no further contact (apparently they never received my responding email) I eventually phoned them a further 3 hours later only to find out they still had no idea where it was, they simply couldn't/wouldn't get another one out on next day delivery and that they were simply waiting to see if the tree showed up.
When I queried why I hadn't been called I was told that they deal with things in order so there were more important things to do.
Delivery - FAIL - no tracking, no tree.
Customer Service - FAIL (hint :- lecturing and arguing with the customer is not a good idea, likewise giving the impression you are just sitting on your hands, also a business no-no)
Father's Day - Screwed Up.
