a week ago, received email stating dispatch for 21st November (even though it says on website 'fast turnaround of 1-2 days'). No communication to say that it has been dispatched. Tried contacting many times via email and the website. Tried telephoning - no answer... apauling service! Have now contacted Paypal for a refund. Not even sure if this company is trading!

Ordered Zippo Lighter for my Husbands Birthday,with engrave just recently found out the inside rigitt wosn't smooth enough so is cutching and not easy to pull it out for refill ,my husband is so disapointed,is not a good quality lighter i wan't be ordering from this side again
