I ordered an Easter egg 25th March and did not receive it. I have emailed the company 3 times, no reply, no phone contact. I will never buy from these people again. They certainly need to address their communication skills as they are non existant. (read more)

“Took money, No product, No Contact!”

I purchased a small item before Christmas on 11th December within the UK. I have still not received this item. I understand items can get lost, as i am a retailer myself, but i have sent no less than 3 emails to The Heather Rose Shop now asking where my item is, and could they reply so we can resolve this. I have had no reply at all! Whilst the value of the item i bought was low, that is not the point. Any order, big or small should get the same level of customer service and i have... (read more)

This is a great little chocolate gift shop with super items, photos and prices. When I asked a question about the Terry's Chocolate Orange I got a very quick reply. It was very easy to do an order and pay. My order arrived much faster than I had expected and arrived in perfect condition (considering the weather we have been having here recently!) and I would consider the postage well worth the price.
