No customer service, No item and as of yet No refund.

I ordered a product for Christmas over a month before and was told it would definitely be here. As it's getting close I kept phoning. 2 hours after being told the item would be delivered by news year eve I get an email telling me it should be with me by the end of December. Not once did they tell me there was a delay only after I called dos they say anything. Thank god I paid by PayPal hopefully I should get a refund.

I would advise to avoid this company at all costs
