Made an order on the 6th November 2012, and I still have not received it. After two emails and two automated replies saying someone will contact me within 5 working days, I am still waiting for a response.
After a bit of digging I have found a couple of phone numbers one of which is premium rate, the other is permanently engaged.
All I want is a reply to let me know about my order. I will try one more attempt at contacting via email, then I will have to resort to trading standards.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER.
