My husband ordered a personalised organiser for my daughter over 2 months ago we have just been informed that due to "overwhelming demand" that this item can no longer be supplied and our order has been cancelled. At no point, were we informed of any problems and of course payment had been taken at the point of ordering. After 21 days had elapsed we did chase this order only to be told that it should be delivered within 2 weeks, this we had to do again on 2 more occasions only to be told the same thing. At no point were we contacted to be informed of a delay as is the claim by Scotts on their customer service message which can be heard over and over again whilst waiting to speak (at the customers' expense) to an "adviser".
I am totally appalled by the poor customer service, lack of communication and the rudeness of the adviser who wouldn't put me through to the customer services manager. This is the first and last time I will order with this company and I would urge anybody to buy elsewhere, there's plenty of other companies who actually value their customers.
