I had an issue with the non-delivery of an item due to the snow. I emailed customer service is replied and arranged for a replacement to be sent within an hour and a half! Excellent friendly service! Very good product too.. just as described.

Paid almost £8 for special 24h delivery, they don’t even send with tracking “due to the valie of your item”. For the second day promise it wil be tomorrow, now are saying i have to contact royal mail myself to check where my order is. Rude, unprofessional service, pay a couple of pounds extra and buy with notonthehighstreet or other.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Any issues i had they went above and beyond to ensure i was fully satisfied. Delivery was super quick, even when i purchased items with personalisation. Also very pleased with the prices as i have not found the products i was after for any cheaper on any other website. I would 100% reccomend this website and am defiantly going to be a returning customer in the future!

I brought this as a gift for my Nan's 90th birthday. It is very well made and I cant wait to see my nans face when I give it to her later tonight. Thanks for still amazing gift.

Fantastic customer service! Processed my order quickly and received it the next day. I requested a special delivery and they even took the initiative to call me to check when I needed it by. I would recommend this company without a doubt. The product was perfect.

Ordered an engraved Carousel money box for my grandson's christening. When it arrived, the spacing on the engraving was incorrect so I contacted customer services by e-mail with a photo of the inscription. A replacement was ordered for me and arrived swiftly but unfortunately had the same incorrect engraving. Again, I sent an e-mail to customer services with a photograph. By now, it was Tuesday for the christening on Saturday. Again, customer services responded quickly and placed another order for me with the reassurance that the inscription would be carefully checked before dispatch. 3rd time lucky! The item arrived in time for the christening with the correct engraving and was well received. Thank you to customer services for responding quickly and efficiently and turning a disappointing experience into a very satisfactory one.

Ordered in time for Christmas, got an email saying ‘sorry out of stock, will refund in the next couple of days’. Never received refund. Never replied to my emails. Phone number told caller to email as no operators available. Do not buy from this company. Customer service is non-existent. Had to get my money back through a Chargeback using my bank. Would take your money and keep it without providing the goods if it could get away with it! Probably the worst company I’ve ever come into contact with.

Can’t find a website for this company they seem to have disappeared. Don’t buy their vouchers it’s a fantasy company Couldn’t find one retailer that takes their vouchers

Purchased some four items now, always the best price and all but one item were delivered within three days, the one that wasn’t was the post office at fault but having spoke with customer service, she shipped another immediately, a great gift site and very much recommended 

Ordered a product, havent recieved it. cannot contact them, the number on their website doesn't exist when you call it!! DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM!!!!

I placed my order 2 weeks ago. It still hasn't turned up, despite it already having been sent "next day delivery". I'm not receiving replies to my emails, I have been left red faced, having to turn up to the office Christmas party with no secret Santa gift, and out of pocket as I will now have to buy something else where. Would not recommend. Customer service is not great

Order placed and confirmed, no order recieved, contacted them to get no reply so I sent a message via PayPal complaints to get a reply to my personal email telling me I would get no replacement or refund unless I removed the PayPal complaint to which I told them they had breached the contract and if I did not receive a satisfactory reply by the end of the day I would contact trading standards, within a couple of hours i had a message on paypal from them to ask if i was sure I hadn't recieved the item?! so far it is still unresolved but I had since replied to tell them if they cannot guarantee the item will be delivered before Christmas as it's a gift I want a full and immediate refund. total joke, I shall still contact trading standards as having read other reviews they make a habit of taking your money and not sending the item!

I made a mistake on the wording on my vase. I contacted support and within 30 minutes my wording was changed. I love the vase and will definitely recommend Love My Gifts thank you.
