“Still waiting for goods after 5 WEEKS”

As the title says,i ordered some samples of fabric on the 3rd April 2013 and 5 weeks later im still waiting for them. Although they took the money for them pretty quickly. I cannot seem to get a contact number or e-mail address to try and sort out a cancellation either as i no longer need them as shipping said 10-20 days, which i was willing to wait, but i could not wait for all this time. I seriously dont understand how anyone could give this company anything mroe than 3 stars. The quality of the product is simply shocking.
