I was so happy with the picture frame i ordered. I had it engraved with a personal message, after i ordered it i changed my mind about the message i asked for. I emalied to see if it could be changed. The website replied within the hour saying it had been changed. Great customer relations. I ordered a set of personalised mugs from this website as a wedding gift to my best friend. These should have been delivered two weeks ago and have still not been received, despite paying for first class delivery. On contacting K.I.P, they advised me to contact my local post office, which i have done, but they have not received the parcel. I contacted K.I.P again and they have just told me to wait as it is extremely rare their parcels go missing and therefore i as the customer who has paid... (read more)

Buyer beware!! I bought a presentation decanter including premium rate for overnight delivery and it took 4 days to arrive and didn't have a presentation box! The lack of a presentation box (for a presentation decanter) was due to their muddle on their website but despite it being their fault they refused to supply it unless they received a further £26 payment. Customer service and attitude was appalling, they would never get away with it if they had premises and face-to-face customers.... (read more)
