Great Service. Good at following instructions and contacting the sender or receiver in time. Very receptive to concerns and constructive feedback. Customer service is great and always contacts you immediately. I would recommend the service to friends and family forsure as its the most secure way to send gifts to india from overseas where you know good quality products will be delivered on time and wont leave you worried about the delivery issues or any payment concerns. I sent flowers everyday for a week with the amount of roses increasing everyday and it was great. I also sent a 30 rose bouquet and chocolates separately and those were delivered well as well. Overall service is excellent and I would recommend it to others near me as well. I would like to try out the other products on their website in future as well, especially for diwali and christmas. I would like them to try and post actual product pictures from past deliveries when advertising products and options instead of posting pictures online.
