Desperately trying to book a spa break. Very dubious after reading reviews.  Need to get in touch with BBC customer watchdog program to put a stop to it. Will get Consumer Program to investigate, nothing like bad publicity to get them to react. Will also get in touch with Debenhams to let them know how they have been dragged in to promote such a rubbish product. They have put their reputation on the line. It have proven impossible to get through to the numbers on your worthless website. My advice to other prospective Christmas buyers do not touch with a barge pole. Want to have my money back as it has been proven to redeem my voucher where and when I wanted.

It has only taken you 20 days to react to my review. I did try to call an advisor. None of your so called advisers contacted me even though they have both my email and phone number. Your numbers have been unobtainable. Been redirected to the website, looked like a avoidance tactic to me. Got in touch with Debenhams who apologised profusely and refunded my money. Lesson learned, never touch anything to do with Activity Superstore. We don't need pathetic excuses or empty apologies. We wanted our purchases honoured, and you have not been able to do that. Apologies rejected.
