Goods paid for but not received. When I told them it had not arrived was simply told that it was company policy not to do anything about it until at least 10 working days had passed even though I had paid extra for urgent 1-3 day delivery. Then after 2 weeks I contacted them again only to be advised to take it up with royal mail.
Am still waiting for them to take any action in resolving this or refunding my payment.
Customer Service is an alien concept to this firm...avoid them at all costs
