I am really happy with the level of service that the team at Getting Personal have provided me. The Customer Service department especially really go out of their way to try and resolve your issue. I did suffer a small problem with my last order, but once explained to the CS dept I was advised clearly what to do and my problem was quickly and efficiently taken care of.
