I recently purchased the above item for my husband's birthday. I appreciate that the Company arranged delivery in good time but, disappointingly, the item had a significant fault. Having supplied photos of the fault, I was advised to return the item in order for Crusader to refer back to the manufacturer. I, therefore, had to repack the item and post back. I was given a very loose instruction to send the item Royal Mail Second Class Signed for Delivery. This is what I requested at the Post Office but, as the item was valued more than £20, the postage was £11.15. On receipt, I was contacted by the Customer Services Manager who informed me that they would process a full refund except for the postage which was restricted to £5.30 as they say I did not follow their original instruction. I explained that I did follow their instructions but probably the difference was to ensure that the item was adequately insured. Of course, I do not have to use this Company in the future as I believe I should not be out of pocket regardless. I would make a suggestion that future purchasers fully clarify the rules should they have cause to return an item. Finally, I should like to thank Julie Dixon for her help in trying to resolve this.

i am anew customer to crusader gifts and there service is excellent I ordered a quilt cover and you don't know what they look like till you get them this looked even better than on the internet you can also track your order with royal mail

A delightful set of figurines with great and careful painting of features and clothes, well packed. The delivery service was very fast and the overall service efficient.

I am a new customer, who has always been wary of ordering online from new or unfamiliar websites. But this online shopping experience was an exceptionally good experience. I placed the order on the Sunday, I had encountered a little problem trying to send the order to an alternative address than the billing address. But the following day, a very kind lady from Crusader Gifts phoned me and was able to correct the problem. The order was then posted the Monday and was received by Tuesday afternoon. I am not normally the type of person to give feed back, but as the lady who phoned me went out of her way to ensure that the product I wanted was delivered to the correct address, the least I could do, would be take the time to give some feed back. Thank you once again, I am sure that I will be ordering from the website again, sometime. Mr PW.
