I ordered two baskets, both arrived looking nothing like the picture on their website. Luckily I had ordered them to come directly to me so I could pass them on as a gift myself. They were wrapped in cheap cellophane and a tacky ribbon. I could make a better looking basket myself at a fraction of the price. I ordered the Great Minds gift basket for my 83 year old father. He loved it- brought him a real giggle battling with the puzzles and the balloon set the basket off perfectly. I ordered from Australia for delivery in UK. Not only was it delivered on the day requested but was delivered before 9am which meant he had it to open at the start of the day. “Awful Service”

I Ordered a Hamper for Mother's day on Monday, to be delivered for Friday afternoon, received an email at 5.00pm on Friday afternoon to inform me that my Hamper had not left the Warehouse and would not be delivered until Monday, day after Mother's day. I requested a refund, due to the bad service and I am still waiting one week later for my funds to be returned to my account. I ahve has to chase the Company time and time again, but I am still waiting. Would not recommend this Company!!! (read more)

The refund for this was applied within 2 working days of your order being cancelled. We emailed to let you know this. Unfortunately the courier company let us down on this occasion & we emailed affected customers to apologise & offer a refund or upgrade/credit voucher. As mentioned in our email correspondence we were very sorry to hear you were unhappy with the gift baskets received. We explained the fruit arrives inside the basket rather than on display & is packaged to avoid it being damaged or bruised in transit, which perhaps made it look less that the picture. Please be assured we always provide what is listed on the website contents as we ship directly ourselves rather than outsourcing orders, and once un-wrapped we are sure you would have discovered all the fresh contents.
However it is company policy to exceed our customers’ expectations, therefore we arranged for the goods to be collected by our courier company. They are due to be returned to us today & when that happens your refund will be processed ASAP. We will email to let you know & then please allow 3-5 working days for the banks to process the transaction. Apologies for any inconvenience caused & please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
