Fantastic service, fantastic product for neoprene mat

I ordered a neoprene mat, customised with a suitable graphic, to be used as a gaming surface for a card game which I play.

I was really impressed with the whole process from start to finish, as well as the finished product.

The design process was pretty easy (even if I did refuse to read the instructions, and one of my comuters was refusing to upload the image file properly). I was pleased that the process didn't require a particular resolution or DPI setting, but worked with whatever I uploaded - and the absence of a maximum file size was also a pleasant surprise. Most importantly, what I saw on the screen was what I got when the mat was printed.

I was working with a high-resolution file, with lots of very fine details. I didn't expect that all of those original details would be retained in the final product, as the characteristics of fabric-faced neoprene are very different to paper. The finished article obvioulsy wasn't as clear as the original JPG, but at least met (if not exceeded) my expectations.

The production and delivery was really fast - certainly under 48 hours from placing the order until the mat was delivered.

One thing that really impressed me was the fact that the file had been printed in the centre of the pice of material, and nobody had tried to print to the very edge jst to save a few pence worth of neoprene. Sometimes with online printing services they trim the material too aggressively and end up encrouching on the desired graphic.

I also like the fact that it's a UK-based service; not simply because there are no language barriers or postal delays, but because there are no hidden charges because of customs duty or VAT being added on arrival.

I would have no hesitation in recommending bagsoflove, and intend to use them again in the future.
