Watch your account carefully!

I recently signed up for one month on Ancestry and was sure I had cancelled when the date was up. It turns out that I hadn't - not sure what went wrong as I have done this several times. Consequently they have taken a further payment from my account. I phoned up straight away to point out the mistake but was told in no uncertain terms that they would not refund the mistaken payment and that I should have received an e-mail-code saying I had cancelled if I had done it correctly. I notice that they didn't e-mail to let me know that they were going to take a further payment. Obviously being a regulat customer counts for nothing. If you are thinking of signing up be sure to cancel before your month is up or else your money will be taken whether you want it or not!
