The My heritage site is linked to your email address for security reasons. After many years linked to one email address had to change to a new one. I had done this in my site but it did not work due to the password being associated with my previous email address,as well as my new password being used for the first site I had setup (which I could not delete or unlink). I contacted the technical support line and spoke to a very pleasant lady who assisted me through the process. She was extremely patient with me and took my through the process step by step. Bear in mind our dialect differences, me being from Africa. This is my second experience with a staff member, the first being a gentleman from the billing department and I must say that they are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I did not go wrong when I chose My heritage. One small issue for correction is their call centre. After holding on for ten minutes, it gives you the option to leave a message for someone to call you. This did not happen.In the end I called back and was assisted immediately.
