SYN not working

I replaced my computer and in transferring the family history data, I found that I could not syn my family history with the main computer. I was fearful that all the recent facts I had put on the home computer would be lost. The help team were first rate in instructing me how to up date both systems with out loss of data. It took some time but the results were spot on.
