I got a popup telling me I have exceeded the limit of persons. I PAID (already "cleared" the Bank. Still get popups about needing to upgrade. I have sent several messages to their support department. The only response is a "canned" reply that my message has been forwarded.

I have been using the free version for about a year - and once I was able to find my way around and knew what I was doing, I decided to pay for full service so that I could use the research facilities as well. I paid my annnual fee and kept wondering why I still couldn't use the facility - so copied my payment details to their support department and asked what the problem was. It took about 8 emails to and from each other to eventually discover that my payment had not been recognised because my paypal email address is not the same as the email address I used to set up my family tree. It was a very patient customer service agent who searched through all the accounts to discover that I had opened my tree using another email address and I am delighted to say that the problem has been solved. This all took a maximum of a week. The only canned response I received was the very first one... after that they were from agents who I could communicate directly with. I am delighted with My Heritage. I love being able to print personalized family tree reports for individual family members. I still have to experience the research aspects and will save any comments about that for another review. Finally a last word.. Thank you to Yakir of the MyHeritage team who was so patient and discovered my error.
