impossible to use

I found this a great site in the past. Now the new site is terrible. the layout is very sparse and while searching you can only add very little information into the seach engine, therefore you have to trawl through and spend more credits trying to find the right person. Once logged out I havent been able to log back in and wont be able to use my credits before the use by date. Tried and tried to contact someone from the site but without success.
Why did they change it all .......... if it ain't broke then why fix it!
