Not What I subscribed to!

Goodbye Find My Past, my 12 month subscription expires shortly and I won’t be renewing until they’ve sorted their site out.

For some time I have been a subscriber to Find My Past but on 1st April they changed their site, or ‘improved’ it in their words, now it isn’t the site that I signed up for as the search facility doesn’t work properly. Customer service staff argue with you if you criticise the site, they obviously haven’t checked what ‘customer service’ means. The site clearly hasn’t been adequately tested and they are now expecting subscribers to pay for the pleasure of testing it for them and subsequently report errors which are too numerous to mention.
