This company used to be a first class resource for genealogy research. However since a recent upgrade of the site it is completely the reverse of it's previous self.In fact it is no longer fit for purpose as nothing on the site is usable. The search facilities don't work and one can waste hours searching and not get any results. The free BMD sites are of more use. Customer service is non existent,they have refused subscription refunds,deleted perfectly sensible comments from social sites not only in the U/K but world wide and turned off their telephone lines. Avoid this company it's a waste of money.
