I have been a club member since 1998. Between my daughters and my nieces I renew 5 members yearly. There have been several occasions where the system was too busy so we were unable to play. I have not received a refund nor a proration. Pogo does not have the capabilities to handle the amount of members. Other problems have occurred where I was unable to finish games that I started. Usually this occurs when they have promotions. Don't have promotions if it will effect game play.

You pay approximately 11 cents a day. How much refund are you looking for, lol.
