I have been a member for several years but the last six months I have had nothing but trouble with getting the games to work. Most of the time they just simply won't load. I am very good about doing all updates on my laptop and quite frankly, I believe this might be part of the problem. I have an old computer with XP that I never do updates except windows and the programs will run pretty well.
People are constantly complaining about the same thing I mentioned here on the live chat and forums and nothing has happened. I followed Pogo's lame suggestions for this problem and all they do is make me madder. :)
I have not tried to get hold of customer service but I understand it is next to nonexistant. I will not renew my membership.
I love the stupid games Pogo and enjoy the concept greatly but should not have to "work" at getting the games to load.

I'm witcha! I haven't been able to play my games for at least a month. I have a fairly new computer which I keep updated regularly. Still can't play. No one to contact at Pogo. Rubbish site.
