I played on Pogo for upwards of 10 years, 7 as a "Club Pogo" paid member. One day last month (May 2012), I played a game in the morning, no problem. That evening, my password no longer worked. When I tried to get it emailed to me, no email came. When I tried to retrieve my account information based on my email address, I got an error message that there was no account associated with that email. I have not changed the email on my account since 2009. I tried to contact them to find out what happened, but there is no way to get in touch with customer service without having an active account. I renewed my PAID subscription in December, so basically I got half of what I paid for and now I magically no longer have an account. I finally created a second EA account in order to contact them and am waiting to hear back. Regardless of whether they fix it, I will certainly never renew with them again.
