I came to play mara pets again only to be disappointed that after logging in I noticed that my account was banned when i clicked the auction house page. I had spent quite a while in the past playing and had 120,000mp point from playing the game and buying and reselling on it.It suspected that I had more than one account which wasn't true at all as I only had the one account.

I am so disappointed with my Marapets experience recently! I have been using this site for years, it was one of my favorites! Now, I couldn't be more angry with it. I just went to log on a few days ago and my account had been banned because of multiple accounts that I did not have. When I tried to email the company, they claimed to have found nine separate accounts using my email. They refused to reactive my account which I had been working very hard on. They staff member I spoke with was very rude to me and even after I pleaded with them, they still wouldn't give me my account back. I don't even want to use Marapets anymore. For anyone thinking about using this site; don't. I'm positive that there are better ones out there.

I joined around 2007 and played on and off for about 6 years. I spent hours drawing and selling collectable art on the game and eventually became very "successful." That sounds peachy doesn't it? Well, when you have siblings, and they want to move stuff from their account to yours after you quit, they forget that is against the game "rules". Naturally being outraged, I complained. After being notified that my account of 6 years will not be reactivated, I realized that THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS OR PLAYERS. 6 years of dedication playing and supporting their website was returned in the form of a permanent ban for something I did not directly cause. IF YOU ARE READING THIS, PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

There is really great people on marapets and it is also a really great site in general. I've been playing since 08 and ever had a problem with the staff members until the past 2 years when I was banned for no reason and no marapets staff replied to my mails. I began a new account and now I'm noticing the staff members favoring members over others and letting them get away with more. People who aren't favorites of the staff are banned from chat features for longer and can't do anything. The staff members also are very rude and act as if they have more power over many other members. At times even threatening to come down on them with a "ban hammer" and a smiley emoticon. It's quite unfair in a lot of ways but not a bad site. The owner needs to review his staff before allowing them to moderate and have control. pretty sucky

When your new and on the forums people harass you, they bully you and then everyone else turns against you. People are only nice to you if you're "cool" and are "well known". Overall the game play is fun.... But I suggest you skip the community/forum part and stay quiet on that game :P Staff are okay.... Sometimes they don't give that much help but its still help (but when you e-mail them they hardly respond back at all)

I've been playing Marapets for three years now. It is an addictive site with lots of features. The games, however, are time consuming, though the graphics are quite good, it lacks that "fun" factor. The website is targeted mostly for young children though older teens and even adults played it as well. Since Marapets is free based site, it lacks the quality but it is educational for children. The site has lots of adds but since there are lots of things to do it is quite addictive especially for children who can sit still.

Marapets banned some of their best members for no reason most of the time!Marapets has too many errors and viruses that mess with your computer..If you see the loading from marapets and others well really it isnt your computer at all since other websites go so much faster and cleaner unlike marapets it just goes slow and sometimes messes it ALL up!I have gotten banned for no reason..I just logged in and it said I was banned..I have mailed staff mulitple times and they NEVER reply to your help needs..They dont care about any of their members at all..Most ofthe members are greedy and insult you for no reason even if you like just joined and got access to the whole website,,They only care about their friends[Which there you get barely any!]I would say if you hate to get insuted just out of the blue then do NOT join marapets..This is coming from one of the best members..

I'm absolutely addicted to the Marapets site. Could use a little work in some areas before it is up to standard with Neopets, but to tell you the truth I never play neopets anymore. Very secure and fun sight for kids, but also has a lot of content for adults, a must try.

Marapets is very addictive ive been playing for four years now it is great and i think the upgrades are a big help, the addictive thing is collecting money i achieved 40,000,000 in a week over all it is great

Not many to speak of anymore. The staff are fine, the games are fine when working, it is a fun place to hang out when the site is working.
The site as a whole has not been working for any length of time in my opinion since it first opened. I have been a member since almost the beginning and it seems the site always has major problems as far as I am concerned, server crashes, errors, glitches and the like. I always hear the site will be better and all problems will be fixed. That has not happened for any lengthy time period yet it seems.
If you have lots of patience to log onto a gaming site to maybe get to play until the next problem arises then by all means play this site. Myself, if I didn't have so much time and real $$$ invested into playing on the Marapets site I would have left long ago.

Its really addicting, loads of fun and im never bored. Easy for new people.

I just have to say that its better than neopets. I do go on neopets, and lately ive been disappointed. It all revolves around upgrades. Mara is fun for everybody, and the pets don't take up all of your time.
