Don't trust them. I've warned you.

I ordered a game and it was in stock. I took note of the 10 minute guarantee.

I never received my key so after about an hour I went to live chat. I was told it was out of stock and to wait 8 hours.

I waited 18, still no game key. I contacted live support again. They told me to wait for 5 hours.

After 6 hours still no key so I contacted live support again. They said wait another 5 hours. I asked them to please be honest with me, because they have broken promise after promise after promise. They then changed their story and said instead of 5 hours it will take a guaranteed 10 hours for me to get my key. I asked for my money back. They begged me for another chance so I agreed to give them one more chance.

After 18 hours I still had no key. I contacted live support again and asked for a refund. They agreed to refund my Paypal account and that I could expect the funds to appear in my account that day.

A total of 5 days since I bought a game that had a 10 minute "GUARANTEE" and I still had no game and no refund.

Contacted them again and they admitted they still hadn't refunded me. They begged 6 times for me to take the game and not get refund. I of course refused there offer 6 times and they finally told me they would refund me.

Still haven't received the refund yet.
